Overview of Our Academic Approach
At Glody Dube International School, we follow the Botswana Government Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) curriculum as prescribed by the Ministry of Child Welfare & Basic Education.
Our academic program is designed to:

Pre-School Program (Ages 2½ – 6 Years)
Our early childhood program focuses on building a solid foundation through:

Primary School Program (Standard 1 – PSLE)
Our primary program follows the Botswana Government curriculum and prepares learners for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE).
Curriculum for lower classes (Standard 1-4):
English Language
Setswana Language (starting in Standard 2)

Environmental Science
Cultural Studies
Computer Studies
Curriculum for upper classes (Standard 5-7):

- Religious & Moral Education
(Computer Studies is a non examinable subject at PSLE level)

With class sizes ranging from 15 to 30 learners, we ensure:

Saturday prep for Standard 7 from 08:00 to 12:00 noon.
This allows us to support learners effectively at every stage of their development.
Continuous Assessment & Support
To ensure steady progress, we:
Conduct regular class assessments.
Monitor academic performance.
Provide feedback to parents.
Offer remedial support where necessary.
Communication to parents through apps on academic issues.
A monthly and termly analysis of students academic performance.
Entrance assessments in English and Mathematics may be conducted for new learners to determine appropriate academic placement.
